Susman Insurance Agency operates this Poway site. This statement takes effect July 19, 2024.

Questions and quote requests

The general question form asks for a name, email address, optional phone number, reply preference, topic, and the question supplied for Poway. That form is separate from consumer quote summaries.

The Home, Auto, and Home + Auto application additionally collects property location, applicant contact and household facts, employment, vehicle, current-insurer, requested-coverage, and start-date details needed to request carrier indications. Those selections are processed by the approved rating provider, and a separate protected relay sends the agency a quote summary. The site does not keep these answers in a site database or application logs. Do not enter Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, payment information, medical information, alarm details, entry instructions, or account-access information.

Telephone and messages

A telephone call may be recorded for training or quality assurance. The caller may ask not to be recorded. Recordings and client information are not shared with third parties or affiliates without legal authority.

A text-message invitation, when used, will identify the brand. It explains the expected message frequency and notes that message and data rates may apply. It includes HELP and STOP instructions. Privacy requests and opt-out choices may be sent through the question form on this site.

Children

This page is intended for adults. A child under thirteen must have a parent or guardian's permission before using it. The agency does not knowingly collect information from children under thirteen.

Site measurement

The site includes a cookieless first-party page-visibility signal. It honors the browser's Do Not Track setting, does not place a measurement cookie, and does not link visits across domains. The signal does not currently retain or forward events to an analytics service.
